March 7, 9 a.m.–12 noon: Rehabilitation Tax Credit Open
House, in Richmond, at the Department of Historic Resources,
2801 Kensington Avenue (directions).
DHR tax credit staff work one-on-one with applicants and property
owners, answer questions and provide guidance for completing tax credit
applications on the first Friday of each month. If you have a question
about the historic character-defining features ofyour building,
architectural treatments, or application requirements, then bring plans,
photos, and any other information that would be helpful in understanding
your project. Assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served

Joint meeting of the Department of Historic Resources' State Review Board and Historic Resources
Board at the Forum Room of the Science Museum, 2500 West Broad Street, Richmond.
The State Review Board and the Historic Resources Board will meet to consider nominations to the state and national registers, historical highway markers, and historic preservation easements. The meeting is open to the public. Pending nominations are posted for review on the DHR website before the meeting.
