DHR is available to provide assistance to local governments in the review of cultural resource studies stemming from these local ordinances.
When there is no state or Federal agency involvement in a project, but such involvement is anticipated, project proponents will sometimes wishes to obtain DHR comments as part of preliminary project planning.
